"The level of service I received from Natacha and her team was excellent for both me and my son. For me, my right knee was bone on bone, and it was very painful for years due to arthritis. After several cortisone shots this was not working. My surgeon recommended Natacha. I was prescribed an Ossur offloading brace. I was measured for an initial positioning, and my brace was personally delivered by Natacha a few weeks later. She educated me on the brace making sure I knew how to use it and adjusted all the straps to prevent it from slippage. She followed up with me for adjustments as required and always made sure the brace was a correct fit and that I was satisfied. I wore the brace for a couple years until I required a full knee replacement. It allowed me to function normal again while enjoying life's greatest pleasure like golfing, walking, and gardening. The offloading brace is a great option post surgery to gain mobility. It is easy to keep clean and there are replacement parts for it. For my son, he required a brace for his left knee from a meniscus tear resulting from a sports injury. She was onsite after his surgery delivering the product to us and following up at our home. His situation was quite different than mine in that he was not allowed to put weight on his leg after surgery for 8 weeks whereas I was required to do so. His brace kept his leg secured from bending whereas mine allowed me to walk with it. His brace was very breathable in the hot summer months and easy for him to put on and take off as required. I've worked in procurement for over 20 years and meet many different vendors daily. I don't know many people who will go to the extent Natacha did to provide this level service and education on her product. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
